Out of all 30+ variants of the KEYᵒⁿᵉ, Sprint is the only one still waiting.

As I suggested to a Sprint user yesterday, you can do what a bunch of Verizon Priv users did a while ago. Lodge a complaint with the FCC. Explain that you device is exposed to malware (is that bluetooth problem one of them?) which has been fixed by new updates offered by the phone's manufacturer and that Sprint should be offering it. You can find on the web what malware has been addressed by the variously monthly updates.

did as u suggested and filed report w fcc, then 2 days later got a call from Sprint executive offices technical support, they are looking into this and will get back to me this week hopefully. I explained the issues and that Sprint has not pushed through critical September updates etc...

If nothing else, a complaint to the FCC keeps them on their toes. It still took Verizon a month or two and whether it helped ... who knows? But they did have to reply to each of us and we did not let their vague replies sit, responding again to the FCC. They don't like consumer complaints to the FCC.

    good luck.
