    Personally, I would get it and use it as I normally would and if the screen came off, I think I can expect BBMo to fix/replace it . So far, they seem responsive on Amazon with warranty. If they announce the fix to be a free case, then I would immediately return.

    I'll continue to enjoy my phone. I have 3 other phones sitting in a draw if the screen pops off. This hysteria is very entertaining though.

    Been a blackberry user since the inception of this forum. Always had a case yet dropping my phone was extremely rare and hardly ever happened. I've used the Z10 and Passport SE for years without dropping them so I'm not too worried about the KeyOne.

    If **** hits the fan with a drop and the screen coming off then there is a very likely chance I will still be in the one year warranty period and do a full replacement.

    I figure if it has to bend under extreme pressure (or trying to do it) -- then most will be fine. Just like the whole "bendgate" of iPhones blew over after the hype of something being wrong was done.

    I've been through this type of thing before, with the iPhone 6, among others. I'll continue to use and enjoy the phone just like I would have if none of this ever came up.

    I've always done my best to take good care of my devices, which has sometimes meant using cases, and often just meant looking after them and treating things with care.

    Worst case scenario? There's always SquareTrade, or one of the other insurance providers.

    For my response to the thing, I wasn't going to buy it anyway, but unless TCL demonstrably fixes that gap in their quality control I'd have to hedge any recommendations to others.

    And as for my response to the response, this feels like November 9 all over again.

    My response is that I hope TCL learns from their first BBMo collaboration attempt. I have no other choice for a PKB device that has what I need.

    I will treat my KEYone like any other I've had and hope for the best.
