I think I turned a setting off somewhere or deleted an app.

Problem Solved. I contacted ATT and they just pushed the update to me. At first they said I had the latest version AAN596 but then I told them I know people with AAO750. Generally I'm against carrier locked phones, but there are advantages in situations like this. BIG THANKS for everyones help here and @Ecm @chetmanley

How long did it take you to get an update? I am chatting with ATT and they said it could take a few hours...

Pushed it to me after chatting for 10 minutes. Whole update took 10 minutes

Still no luck - spoke to ATT and said update not applicable for my IMEI as my IMEI is in the 2nd batch of updates and not released yet...not sure I believe them but don't know what else to do...

Try again tomorrow or Monday. My experience it's hit or miss with these guys. Tell them you know AAO750 is available because your friends have it.

Nope...AT&T reps are no help at all. I spoke to about 10 (customer service and advanced tech support) and 8 of them didn't even know about the KeyONE. After spending 2 hours on the phone with them, they gave up and processed a warranty replacement. What a waste of time...

Damm, sorry to hear. Could be good though. Maybe the one you have now has other defects which haven't manifested yet

So got my warranty replacement and was able to update the software to AAO750 without any problems....looks like my previous device was faulty.
