    There is no mods... just the battery removing mechanism is different to make waterproofness possible

    There is a rubber seal around the top bezel

    There is a rubber seal around the top bezel and one at the body... where the entire top bezel detaches.

    This can help the phone to get a waterproof seal of 50 meters.
