Of course! I know one other person with a Priv right now and haven't seen another BlackBerry device in a while. So yes, if someone asks me about my KEYone I will definitely talk to them about it. I hate hearing "I didn't know they still made BlackBerry's"

I talk to myself all the time...no issue with talking to strangers!

But seriously, I've already been talking up my KeyOne to co-workers and my regulars. And if I see anyone with a BlackBerry, no matter the breed, I'm going to bring it into conversation. I just can't help but do so. For the most part, with workplaces allowing BYOD, a person possesses a BlackBerry anymore because they want it and not necessarily because it was foisted upon them by an employer.

haven't seen anyone yet. of course the K1 hasn't been released yet in Belgium. Seeing one in the wild would make it extra special.

A lot of politicians of local government still use older BlackBerries because of the security.

I just did the other day here in Singapore. The next day, I ended up buying it at retail price (export set without warranty) at the same shop where he bought his because since it's not launched here yet. 😂

my ups driver had a z10 , he has then moved on to an iPhone, he occasionally asks me about BlackBerry, I had 3 customers with Blackberrys. a q10 he didn't want to engage in a conversation, neither did an att passport customer , and one SE passport who we had an amazing tech conversation. That is why I'm anxious for a meet up in los angeles . To meet other BlackBerry fans

I can't wait to talk to strangers about how my KEYone is a magic phone. I can hold the screen in one hand and the rest in the other! Woah, everyone is gonna be amazed.

I did strike conversations because of the Passport in the past, and i sure will for the KEYone. My experience is that people will be happy to talk about their device.

One of my most interesting BlackBerry experiences was when I used my Passport inside an Apple Store. All the genius' were fascinated by it and several came over to take a look, as I brought it out, lol.

I did this exact thing back in April. Saw a guy at an airport on a Priv and gave him some props.

Let's be honest, KEYone is wayyy better than "priv". "KEYone" sounds like a generic phone name; non-offensive in my opinion.

Agree, the priv name is worst.. I like Merc better. Star quality.

It seems like I am the only one in my city with a K1. sometimes when in line, (yes Tims coffee) I will look up from my phone and notice people staring at it but they seem afraid to ask what it is, never used to be that way!
