Hey there, as the beloved Blackberry community that we are, does anyone know if streaming the big reveal of this week is possible? If so, how can it be done? I'm pumped for Mercury and I want to watch and feel the excitement of the crowd from the comfort of my home.

It's a media event, the press will be there, which consists of actual people. So how will there be no presentation at all?

The 'event' is 45 mins long and you need to remember TCL is big in TV's too, so how much time do you think they'll be dedicating to phones in general. One just has to look to last year's event to get an idea.

Sure, they'll make their announcements and such, they'll put out press releases and photos and all that jazz, but any real looks will be held in meetings with the media.

People have been asking me these things for as long as I can remember, the answer doesn't change. Even if i did, chances of me being able to tell you unless it was from an unofficial source, are slim to none.

I'm thinking "TCL will be unveiling its new product lineup featuring industry-leading TV and mobile technologies to enhance the consumer electronics experience" since CES put that on their website and I'm guessing that came from TCL and CES didn't make that up.

They did create some buzz on Twitter with cryptic tweets about #TheNewBlackBerry and a reference to an old typewriter. I'm not saying it will be like Chen going on stage to show off the Passport followed by other BlackBerry employees, but they will say something about the partnership and the device and even if they take 5 out of those 45 minutes for that, it's still a presentation.
