OTA updates require you to be on an OS that was released for your PRD in the past, since TCL doesn't generate every possible patch between all versions. If you autoloaded an OS that came out later for your PRD, great, if you autoloaded one that didn't, either autoload the new one or revert (autoloader or desktop upgrader) to an OS that came OTA for your model.

I autoloaded AAQ837 for PRD63116-013. I see this is a correct autoloader for my PRD. The AAR970 was released for this PRD. However, I haven't received any update yet. That's why I asked whether autoloader would impact on the OTA update. Thanks for the reply.

Just wondering if updated through autoloader previously on the same variant of the designated PRD, will this destroy future update through update app?
No. I've tried many autoloaders, even for versions prior to what is current on my carrier now. it never does OTA updates until you use the BlackBerry Mobile Upgrade Q v5.1.8 to wipe/reload the OS, that will install the latest OS supported by your carrier at the time you run it and you will go back to being in the OTA Channel Updates
