Is it true that this is not supported on the Keyone, or any Blackberry Phone.
It works on my wife's IOS phone, and is very handy when the cellular signal is low and there is a wireless network available.

Not true that it won't work on any BlackBerry. Only true that AT&T won't enable it for unlocked devices not sold by them and some devices they just don't want to enable it on.
My Keyone is a ATT phone supplied by them. How do I turn that feature on?
It is not yet available on the AT&T branded KeyOne, so there is no way to turn it on. We are hoping that when Oreo is released, it will include Wi-Fi calling as it did recently on the Rogers update. For now, you are stuck with a Microcell if you can find one.
Verizon, AT&T, sprint doesn't allow wifi calling for keyone.
Post edited. I read the post too quickly. Sorry!
There are some pretty big mountains to move to activate this feature. I very much doubt that the carrier will spend the money to push these features to a device that they're basically giving away for $0.99 in certain channels. Too much dev required, not enough customers.
agree Microcell is best bet, but if your device is non-carrier, that still won't activate LTE-A or HD Voice.
Configuration is not included. While you may get LTE-A and HD Voice, unfortunately WiFi calling is not available on this device/carrier combination at this time.
Could change in the future, but I'm not optimistic.
I am just curious if wifi calling is done by carrier only and it has nothing to do with BBM. I have sprint keyone and I have feeling that it will never receive a wifi calling feature even after Oreo update.
Yes its a carrier option and they are the only ones that can turn on this feature.
It seems like t-mobile is only carrier that supports wifi calling for keyone. This is really unfortunate.
Yes it is. My son was on my AT&T with a Samsung S8 with Wifi calling.
