Check with your carrier and plan. Some carriers do not have wifi calling. Or the ability for wifi calling is an additional fee.
T-Mobile does, I've been using it for over a year on my Note 4.
Can someone on T-Mobile try selecting WIFI preferred, and rebooting. Thanks
I'm on Rogers/Fido Canada and I can confirm the preference to WiFi calling switches back to default wifi preferred after every reboot.
When I reboot, WIFI calling is switched on, but none of the 3 selections is picked.
Come on guys, I know there's more than a couple people running on T-Mobile in the states. Just would like to know if your WIFI calling starts up for you after rebooting, for those that are using it.
Thanks in advance.
Nope, I have to reenable it again after every reboot. :(
Thanks for verifying that for me. Must be another software bug.
I hope this is the case.
Interestingly enough, WiFi calling settings get reset and WiFi calling is turned on when I reboot my Classic. Only started happening lately. No idea what's going on but I wonder if the phone grabs settings from T-Mobile after it boots. I have not used a BlackBerry Android device yet so no experience there.
