Why there r no Chinese Characters while i use zhuin input ?

i select the " zhuin " input, but there are no Chinese characters showing in the bar....how come????

The BlackBerry Keyboard has an update available in the Playstore that might solve your problem. In the notes it mentions adding missing Chinese characters.
