This is my second keyone first one software problem had to change it. This one every time I'm getting a call everyone is saying speak in to the mic how ever I am speaking in to the mic the caller keeps saying I can't hear seems like ur far away from you phone can someone help me ?

Sounds like a bad mic.

Try making a call in speakerphone mode and see if they still can't hear you.

I thought it was me but the first day or two I had strange things happening as well. But after a few updates Google play stuff and a few restarts third day phone was behaving properly. Maybe the initial factory install was buggy? I had reception issues and phone call issues with people not being able to hear me. I'm not experiencing anything like that anymore.
