I have Blackberry KeyOne. Whenever I try to unlock the phone it freezes and stuck. The only solution is the reboot. It's asking the pattern then to unlock it again. If I get a call in this situation the other person couldn't hear me. Seems like its completely freezing situation. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The best thing to do is a factory reset and see if it happens after that. That way you can instantly rule out an issue with the hardware and most apps until you start restoring them.

Good recommendation to do a factory reset annually. Also might want to try SD Maid Pro as it helps cleans things up.

download Blackberry Virtual Expert app from appMirror.com and run all the detailed tests that it affords. See if anything pops up that would help you to understand what's wrong. It may point out what the defect is.
