Thanks, but at post ~350 there is a "mention" of 4 other cases. I found 3 cases in that thread up to that point, 2 related to drops of the phone. The 7-10 count is hardly rigorous from what I can tell. It sounds to me people are sort of tracking in their head, but that might not account for duplicate accounts.

I for one would be quite interested in the circumstances of each case. 2 were drops, one just came loose when talking. The one looked like it was missing all forms of adhesive (unlike Jerry's video), so that looks like manufacturing problem.

Again, there is so little organized information, I am skeptical about the numbers people are throwing around.

I have only skimmed this thread.

The form factor of the K1 basically makes the keyboard area a lever for popping out the screen.
Engineering is all about trade-offs.
If you want a keyboard there is only one choice.
Take it or leave it.
