    When not being charged my Keyone gets hot and tells me I have an app using power even when I don't, causing the battery to drain quickly. This has started at around the same time as the screen started falling off. And help out there ? Thanks

    If under warranty... get it replaced.

    Should be able to see any apps using power under settings, but it is possible the ribbon has been damaged and that could cause heating and power loss.
