I been using my Keyone for a while now idk why it loudspeaker my phone call everytime without pressing the loudspeaker button. even using my Bluetooth headphone. is this an issue I need to address or should I contact my carrier? anybody experiencing the same thing?

Probably just another broken Keyone. Just try to get a replacement, that's not normal behaviour.

My phone was stuck on speaker phone when making and receiving calls. I would press use handset and disengage the speaker phone but no luck. This was really annoying me because I could not have a private conversation without people hearing the other person on my call. Anyway I read on this forum to uninstall bell push to talk because my provider is bell mobility and that seemed to rectify the issue. So thankful for this forum.

I had this problem I ran the diagnostic test in the Support Centre and it cleared the problem for me.
