    Hey,

    I received this notification this morning, but can't download. I am in KSA. The file looks big (2.7 gb). Any thoughts or help?

    I have the exactly same problem, trying to download update version 20171111_093402.
    Currently got version AAO472 installed. Tried downloading on WiFi and on 4G connection.
    Trying to download version 20171111_093402. Also tried restarting the phone, cancelling the update and checking again.
    Tried plugging into a power supply, just in case. I suspect the servers have an issue, i'm going to just wait and see where this leads.

    The latest OTA's are a little screwed up on the servers for certain PRDs (yours looks like one). Basically, the full version of AAQ837 is on the server where the smaller OTA should be. You could probably upgrade via the mobile upgrade tool until they figure it out.

    Seeing the same thing here. Unlocked BB100-2 in Bahrain on AAO472 and its showing a 2.7GB update that keeps failing. Tried wifi, 4g, VPN. No go.

    UPDATE: this morning the update seems to have gone away. Running AAO472, no new updates to install.
    Maybe the found the problem and decided to roll back on certain regions or push the update to a later date?

    I just have to say, whoa! KEYone update screen looks badass!
    Back on topic, it's looking like a fairly common problem probably caused by problems with TCL or BB's servers.
