If it has decent specs (think HTC A9 with a bigger battery), and 32 gb of storage, this might be a great phone for BB.

First impression, did not like it. Will be interesting to know what is under the hood. One thing is for sure I am not ordering through SBB aka Digital River anymore. This time I will warm the bench coach.

I find it interesting there's already a forum for this device. That's rare for something with one leak.

Picture it on ur z30, Just a bit longer to put the keyboard on it. Not to long honestly. Battery will last so long, as the screen will be smaller and take up less power! I'm stoked! Hopefully has amazing specs! I want this more than the slider!

I'd be too concerned about potential bending if the device is that long. If it ends up around the total size of the z30, keyboard included it would be fine imo

This actually looks similar to the phone I've always wanted. But in my mind it was running BB10.

A little less chin and remove some of the wasted space on top and replace with more screen. Also round the corners.

This is probably exactly what it will look like though. It's crazy how the very first Priv renders pretty much looked exactly like the final product.

I wouldn't worry about bending. I had the Xperia z ultra. 6.4 inch screen and only 6.5mm thin. No bending to be found.

What's your line-of-work? as I'm cautious enough as-is with my Z30 being in my front pocket whilst i await the OEM Holster. I'm a butcher & it involves a lot of heavy lifting

I wouldn't mind this being a midrange device.

32GB, Snapdragon 620, 2gb ram, microSD, better front cam, touch enabled PKB, running Android Marshmallow.

    Price tag $379

    that's all I ask.

At $379 I think the best they can do is 16GB with an SD slot.

Maybe $450? I hope they don't push it too high for a mid range, there are many other phones on the market that can fight that pricing with better specs.

I understand that making keyboards is expensive but that doesn't mean they can push ridiculous prices IMO.

I'm really trying to reserve judgment. I thought the Passport was hideous the first time I saw it. Now I actually like it. Maybe this will grow on me too. Maybe not. I'll give it a couple of months.

The build from what I can tell looks like a Classic and Q5 replacement, so priced somewhere in between.

And I'm thinking the 617 instead of the 620. 2-3GB memory (2 more likely) and 16GB.
