    Just got my keyone and it is nice! I am sure I will have some questions, but on my PRIV, system updates was under "about phone" in settings...i can't find it on the keyone

    strange, got unlocked device from UK online shop. It's still on april patch level. Using the update app it always comes up it's on the latest OS. Which of course is not the case. Maybe related to google story country of origin?

    I just received my Keyone two days ago same here with April patch. I'm also unable to locate where to Update because it's not in the same place as my PRIV. I did locate it in the APP section as mentioned. However it's not doing or allowing me to do anything but force stop. Not sure if we should be touching this. Lol

    There are no updates for the BBB100-2

    The latest is the April patch which was the first release OS version. So much for focus on security with BlackBerry phones

    Doesn't the phone automatically notify you of an update when it becomes available?

    Yes, but only after it has run an automated update check and found it. I'm not sure how often it automatically checks for updates.
