Bbmobile hasn't exactly been on the ball with KEYone updates.

How did you 'manually' invoke the update??

I am running 7.1.1 with Build AAL483 and everytime I check for updates I get 'your system is up to date'???

How can that be? I even tried removing the Sim and re-checking... same response.

feeling a little neglected by Rogers right now!

AAM625 -- finally got the update this morning. No amount of 'manual' checking was able to invoke the update. (This seems to indicate that the update roll-out is 'programmed' in some fashion and availability can't be forced.)

As to the Bluetooth issue - so far so good!

Feels Feels great to lose the tethered earbuds!!

Reception seems an extra bar better. I don't know why you'd want a support app running in the background. I didn't like it on the pixel.

Are you referring to my running a streaming app and taking calls? There is a radio station we like (100.3 LIFE - from Barrie On. Canada). And whenever we are out of range we will often live stream through BT to the car stereo - and inevitability whichever of us is live streaming, we get a call on the road. That's when we notice the 'overdubbing' where the app continues while we are trying to talk to the caller.

As I said, my wife's S7 was doing that long before I got my KEYone (and ironically my Z10 worked flawlessly). That's why I am inclined to think it is either an android issue (KEYone is running Nougat - and the S7 was android ver. 6 when she first noticed the issue)-- or a Honda issue.

One extra bar in otherwise poor reception areas. I think slightly better call quality
