    Hi all, my keyone has this problem since last week. Whenever there are any incoming Whatsapp calls, the phone rings but the screen is blank. I need to press the unlock button to see the call. It does not happen on normal phone calls.

    Other notifications came in and it is displayed even though the phone is in sleep. Even normal Whatsapp messages are displayed.

    I'm trying not to reset my phone yet.

    Delete Whatsapp and re install the app and see if that sorts out the issue .

    You should be able to back up Whatsapp so you won't lose anything but please don't take my word for it !!

    check permissions ＆ allow whatsapp to show over other apps... also check lock screen settings ＆ set allow to show ...check sleep settings and set to allow to wake up

    Hi All, Same thing happened to me as well from last week, When somebody calls me over whatsapp call its shows black screen. Any root cause or suggestions to overcome this issue. Please help.
