[Delirious D]

A few days ago I was getting frustrated that my phone screen would dim when turned into landscape mode. At first I thought maybe I was covering the sensor or something. But nope. I turn it phone around to portrait screen brightens. I turn it on its side it dimmed. Which I found so odd and again frustrating. I was using google maps. I had only noticed it in my car.
Today! I discovered something odd and curious. The screen only looks dim when I were the sunglasses clip to my eye glasses. With the sun glasses on the phone in portrait no issue, I turn the phone even a tiny degree towards landscape the screen seems to dim. I take sun glaases of and nothing screen looks fine on either mode..

So whats happening when the phone turns that my sunglasses are capturing but not the "naked" eye. I will try and see if I can takes pictures through the sunglasses via another phone and update to show.

LOL I figured this out flying my drone. Thought the K1 screen in bright sunlight was the issue. Then my friend said he could see the K1 screen fine and suggested I remove my sunglasses. LOL.

That's normal. Read about polalized glasses and what they do with modern screens.

Just get a pair of UV sunglasses.
