What's everyone using for backups? Mainly concerned with backing up my BlackBerry tasks and a few other things. What's the best option?

Unfortunately, not using BlackBerry Tasks. Until they add some sort of built-in backup solution such as using Google Cloud Storage which would allow for easy restore, the best option is a different app.

I sync everything with my work Exchange account and allow Google to take care of media.

Is there a possibility to store app data - contacts and - paswordkeeper on my windows desktop so that I am able to read it in case I loose my keyone?

Try iDrive to back up your data. very convenient.

For PasswordKeeper, i doubt the info can be seen outside the app.

It would defeat the purpose, in a way.

MS Exchange takes care of everything. Email, Calendar (including Tasks), Contacts and Notes are immediately synced across all my devices. Photos and files are backed up to OneDrive (and Google Drive for good measure), so I have nothing that I need to back up manually. It's great, I have never connected my phone to a computer via cable.

Instead of Password Keeper use Enpass. it has a desktop version.

You don't back up to OneDrive, you sync with it. Download the OneDrive app and follow the instructions. It does back up photos, for everything else, you simply access your OneDrive folders.

This. Onedrive gives a terabyte of storage as well. Very useful.

Correct me if I am wrong, but "Content Transfer" backs up media including tasks. That's what I use in conjunction with Google.
