could not give a crap, it having a name on the front or not having it who cares? It will not affect the functionality or performance of the device at all. I really don't get why people care so much about this, maybe it's a regional thing I don't know?

Well I really don't care about the name, but since the navigation buttons are capacitive using a small BlackBerry logo instead of the home button (circle) would look cool.

I remember when people used to complain about the BlackBerry name on the front being a waste of space & that it shouldn't have been there. Examples of this were the Z10 & Q10 in 2013.

I like it better without personally. I try to avoid brands that put their name on everything. I'm not getting paid and I'm not a walking advertisement. If I like the product I will recommend it to other people.

So most people don't care I see. Oh well! I just feel like for every person who notices I have a 'different' phone and asks what it is, there are a few who notice but won't ask. It's important to me that people realize that the company I support is still around!

The BlackBerry name need not be on the front. Just keep that new small caps typeface found on the marketing away from the devices themselves.

Every Samsung phone has their logo on the front. I don't see why BlackBerry and TCL can't add it on the front! Nevertheless it doesn't matter because it's the back side of the phone that people will see when you're using it

I thought I would be the only one here who is totally puzzled about the need to see the logo or the name. Who cares? I want the phone to function like an android Blackberry with a great keyboard . I don't care one bit about seeing the name.

I would have liked the classic frontal logo, but I reckon that it was dismissed because of the screen: BB OS 10 used bezels, Android doesn't, that is a BlackBerry logo would just be a waste of screen estate.

I mean I am temporarily using an S7 Edge until this comes out, it has a Samsung logo on the front, I don't sit there and gaze into the logo admiring the device, it has NO impact on me using the phone 100% of the time so we're it not there it would make 0 difference. And I don't buy a phone so that someone else who I might be sitting next to can look over and see what phone it is by the logo on the screen....... Who cares I buy it for me.

It's just that the logo on the front looks so sexy on devices like passport or classic xD but in Mercury's case it would take to much of the screen away so I am ok with that
