tried via vpn Canada and didn't work however the Nokia 5 u had to change to finland and wait an hour then it updated , manual didn't happen so will leave an hour to see if I get the update from the uk
That's not how it works. There's plenty of things that are at play there including your PRD and IMEI.
use VPN to fake your location in order to get oreo won't work. it's not about the country from which you try to load the update, but about the PRD of your keyone.
Type *#837837# in the dialer and you'll see your PRD.
https://tclota.birth-online.de will show you, whether oreo already has been released to your PRD or not.
