I actually set up one for myself using AWS. Pretty straight forward if you're a bit technical.
Other good options : NordVPN(paid) and Opera VPN (free)

nordvpn works great on my smartphone and notebook computer. A single license covers five devices and the service does not log any activity.

Anyone tried ProtonVPN yet? I feel with choosing your VPN provider, it comes down to trust. I mean they could technically screw you over..

You can still get it for $50. And $30 was for 3 years only.

VPN Unlimited is probably the most recognized and renowned service in the world. Top notch. It's pretty much in everyone's top 5 list - no logs and allows torrents. Its regular price is $6.99 a month. It was just a hot deal at Android Central for $39 lifetime (I thought it was $30) - grabbed it right away.

They log ip , bandwidth and timestamps. Based in USA, worst of the worst.

Might as well not use one because being based in the USA is a contradiction

The way I look at it is that nothing is perfect. They all have pros and cons. It's the low hanging fruit theory I subscribe to.

The type of logs that they keep are more based on service and analytics.
