Just noticed calls are no longer showing "hd" and calls revert to 4G!?!? Did anybody else with RW notice this too!? After the initial July update lost LTE+.
The same thing happened on AT&T after the June update. I called Blackberry Mobile several times, who kept referring me to AT&T. In the end, I was unable to resolve the problem.

Youre at the same location as before when it worked?
Both switches are set to green, then shows "IMS not connected"
U know prior to the July update allow ell and was getting LTE+!
I hope Rogers finishes up on fiddle fiddling with thier network and update to UN brick that feature!
To my knowledge, VOLTE devices has to be "whitelisted" by the carrier. Basically, they need to push a carrier update to the device... if that's not done, then it won't work. So maybe the KeyOne isn't (anymore) in their supported device

I don't think my replacement device is whitelisted with Rogers wirless as HD voice and VOLTE does not work on this replacement device!
I'm not happy about this!

OK so spoke with Rogers Wireless tech support about this! And I updated the IMEI as well! They checked the VOLTE provisioning and my account is provisioned for it! he said that the next update will correct this! So we'll see!

The next update should enable VoLTE? It should already be enabled if your smartphone software is up to dated. It is enabled on my BlackBerry KEYone.

Well this replacement device has aam 625 and It came with this! It's the most current for Rogers Wireless! So still not sure why VOLTE is not working! The tech guy looked at the provisioning and said it was correct and looked good! So well see if the Aug 21st update will correct this!

You might have to factory reset your BlackBerry KEYone to resolve the issue. My smartphone has AAM625 with VoLTE enabled; it is on the Settings -> More -> Mobile Networks -> IMS Settings screen.
I'm gonna wait till the Aug update rolls around that will push the next carrier update! I'm not sure a factory reset will remove the aam625 update!?
I could install an autoloader and bring it back to April but I don't want to setup my device again!
