    Getting sound oscillating when filming in loud environments. Make video pretty useless at live events etc. I can see any settings to adjust microphone levels etc.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    I'm not a tech guy, but if I were u I'd try a factory reset. Just to be sure it is not it.

    I don't think one should have to factory reset after a few weeks of use.

    Thought about trying other camera apps to see if they use the mic differently???v

    there are a few other threads on the same issue with no resolution to date. the audio on video recordings of live events on KeyOne is horrible. no control of audio and external mics do not work either. I'm sure this is more a software issue than hardware and hopefully someone at TCL/Blackberry is listening
