    I've just bought a Keyone and because it was Android I presumed it dad a case of simply transferring the sd card from my Honor 9 in the Keyone. Unfortunately the K1 doesn't seem to want to play videos and music. Is there an easy solution to this?

    Define 'doesn't seem to want to play videos and music'.. Where are these files from? Do you get any error messages? Are you using the same apps to listen/view the content?
