i need app to download video from any where even from YouTube

I use Videoder Videoder Video Downloader APKs - APKMirror . Some other people use Tubemate or Snaptube. You can try them all from apkmirror. Youtube DL apps are prohibited in the Playstore thats why you can't get them from there.

Google is your friend. Just search and bookmark the website. Tried and tested.

Another way would be to install Termux and use it to install the Python runtime and then youtube-dl (also setup the storage):

$ packages upgrade
$ packages install python
$ pip install youtube-dl
$ termux-setup-storage

Then you can download any video from YouTube or other sites by opening Termux and doing, e.g.:

$ cd storage
$ youtube-dl "http://www.adultswim.com/videos/your-pretty-face-is-going-to-hell/the-dammed/"

The downloaded file will be in the root folder of your internal storage (not the SD card - you have to move it with a file manager afterwards).
