Sorry this is here, but I did pose the question in the Verizon forum and nobody answered me.

My question is simply this, has anybody gotten Verizon's call filter free app to work on their KeyOne?

I signed up for it, but I cannot find the app in the Google Play Store for Android. Other non-KeyOne users have told me the app has just arrived on their phone after they signed up for it.

Has anybody successfully downloaded it? Thanks. By the way, Verizon has had a paid app with the same name for quite a while, but this one is free, and supposedly all you had to do was enroll in the program,

    It rolled out this week.

This is the app link, there's comments in the reviews on how to activate it - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...d=com.vzw.ecid. If you can't get it downloaded or to show up, you could always just download the APK from elsewhere - https://apkpure.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vzw.ecid and see if it works.

To enroll in free spam protection, open the Call Filter app and tap the menu icon in the upper left corner > Account > Subscription Status > See other options > Yes. Go back to Block Management in the main menu to set up your spam filter to start auto-blocking spam calls. Please reference https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=fe7sJnML for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll and set up the app. For additional details on the free and paid versions of the service, please see https://forums.crackberry.com/e?link...token=jiRJZNsj.

Thanks for the app link, I tried it before and again just now, it tells me my device is not compatible. I've never downloaded an APK... but I will check it out. Thank you!

Edited to add that those reviews are scathing. I think I'll find another app. Lol. Any recommendations?
