My Sandisk dual drive is not detected by my Keyone. Have already installed the Sandisk Memory Zone app. Have tested the micro usb to usb c adapter with another cable and it is working. Is there a setting that must be enabled for OTG devices to be recognized or receive power?

I've had this same issue. I have a USB drive that works well with my PRIV but not with the keyone.

You just have to keep trying different ones until you find one that works.

I found some brands work while others don't.

Weird.

Perhaps there is a file we can download??
