    My excuses if this topic has already been discussed. I couldn't find anything. My KEYone takes a very long time when I decide to manually update one or another app to finish the update. And I mean a crazy amount of time. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a solution?

    To be exact, it just took 49 min to update the Contact app. Similar times with any other app.

    Make sure your WiFi is turned on OR get a better connection

    Did you click Update All or were you just trying to update the single app?

    A single app. I never update all. If I try to update 2 or 3 apps it'll take forever. I can leave it updating overnight, but this clearly is an issue that I must resolve.

    Did this start after the June BB update?

    Happened to me - nothing resolved it until I downloaded and installed the very latest Play Store app from apkmirror.

    There's a thread over on the Support side.

    The Play Store says it is updated to the latest version. It's 7.9.34.

    Assuming there's a newer version, is it possible to update it without having to go to an external source?

    Latest is 8.0.22 at apkmirror.com

    Just download correct variant and start install from downloads folder.

    Problem resolved! Quite annoying site, but finally hit the right spot and got the desired apk.

    Glad it's resolved. Almost an hour to download an app is ridiculous. Although a decade ago, it would take a minute or two to download a 2MB app. Hooray for high speed Internet!
