    Hi,

    Since I bought my keyone I had successfully updated it once. However 5 days ago I received a notification that a 2.7 GB update is available and every time I try to download it is fails... tried wifi and 4G, on and off charger... erased update data using App.. Not working still... I think it is important to mention that I sent an inquiry to US BB support... they forwarded me to India support since I live in Qatar...kIndly advise, appreciate this community's support!

    What is meant by monthly? I am using Ooredoo service in Qatar.

    What monthly are you on? If you're still on October just run an autoloader for November.
