just received it on my unlocked BB100-1 black edition here in Pakistan. rather late this time around. I normally have been receiving updates around 2nd or 3rd week of every month. no complaints though as long as they keep coming every month.

Check and see if AAV119 fixes it? It's available to all KEYone's now AFAIK. Never had the issue though, so not sure.

Can't really force it outside of just checking for updates. You can use an autoloader - https://forums.crackberry.com/blackb...eyone-1137857/ but I don't personally suggest it unless you like tinkering with things and have the time to deal with it if something goes wrong.

received the update this morning and it did not fix it. could i have mistakenly changed a setting that is preventing it form connecting? it happens on google, yelp, any linked web phone number.

i think the problem with my phone is that there is assisted dialing intervening here and there does not seem to be a way to disable it, i have gone to a best buy store and also a verizon store and they said it is a fault with blackberry phones. advise?

Not sure. I don't have the issue and you're the only one who has ever mentioned it that I know of.
