Yep. In the launcher settings. You can disable the shortpress/longpress and enable it to do a universal search instead.

So you can't have keyboard shortcuts and universal search at the same time similar to bb10? I'd say I use both an equal amount, so I can't decide which I'd rather keep.

The KEYone allows for short press AND long press shortcuts. You can switch to only long press shortcuts and have the device search activated.

Suppose I have received a text on Telegram with the name "Mark Robertson" in it, if I type "Mark Robertson" nothing comes up unless I have that name stored in my contacts, correct? The same goes for WhatsApp messages or similar. Then this universal search is not really universal, is it? Is there a way to let it search through Messenger WhatsApp Telegram...
