    I have a KeyOne hardware version 05 running OS build ABP819. I was on the Oreo Beta and it pooched my Bluetooth,(disconnects in the car, all the time!) I need a FULL OS reload. I think this OS autoloader is slightly older, will is brick my KeyOne?

    Use the Mobile Upgrade Tool for a clean install.

    one question. i can see via the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...gid=1381535354
    that there were not any update since many months. when i updated via the Mobile Upgrade Tool it put the same version ABC322 (june 2018).
    Can I expect an update shortly ? Who is in charge of building the updates for indonesian models ??? How does the update schedules works ?

    This variant is managed by BB PT Merah Putih, and it is they who decide what updates and support they will purchase from BlackBerry.

    There really isn't much you can do but wait.

    Ok sir thanks. I am wondering if any one here has experienced a similar problem. device becoming extremely slow, sims cards not recognized, and finally the device stuck in a reboot loop...
    reminder : my model is BBB100-7 (PRD-63764-002)

    You can always perform a factory reset to clean out the cobwebs.

    can also be used on the BB key model BBB100-7 with PRD 63764-002?

    and has anyone tried it and it works?
