Autoloader for testing. ABD174 Oreo 8.1 for KeyOne. Don't use if you are in China (and should already have it anyway). Don't use if you are on AT&T or sprint. I haven't tested this personally yet but should work on most KeyOne. Don't recommend the no-wipe script but you can try if you desire. There is one Thing i don't understand About the autoloaders. back in the time i had a Galaxy s2, i had to watch out which roms were being flashed, partly because of the included Radio, which would be affecting the Performance of the network Connection if it was for the wrong Country.

Why isn't this here the case? the NA and Europe Keyones should be using different Radios, no? Maybe even the countrys have different ones.

OP updated with download link. To answer the above question, all the radios are included and the flash script picks the right one based on the variant it detects.

You pretty much got it. There are subtle differences that can't be made "universal" with Sprint, AT&T, and China versions. So if you have anything other than those, this should work for you.

There are no official autoloaders.

This build is from Korea, and is unlikely to be the version most of NA and Europe will get.

But you can just load that one up when it comes.

Hoping flashing ABD796 resolves this, especially since it was designed for NA devices. I am wondering if it's something in the radio that's interfering with this build from connecting to Verizon.

I would bet it's more of a whitelist issue. They just aren't ready for it yet.
