I have Verizon and I took my KeyOne in to them. The KeyOne signal drops out. Tech at Verizon unfamiliar with blackberry's said I need to check further to solve this problem. All contacts etc. did transfer from my Classic. Any thoughts?

Um, what version of the KEYone do you have? Sounds like you have a GSM version.

I purchased the GSM version of the BlackBerry KeyOne (a beautiful phone, if I might add) and it would seem that I am presently unable to make calls. Which is strange, because earlier today I did make a few; but now, at past midnight, none of my calls are going through. I don't even hear a dial tone even though it says "Dialing...". I have tried several times to no avail. I would greatly appreciate it if there were some reason to this, because this is frustrating for such a phone...!

Lemme also add that when I initiate the call, the "Do Not Disturb" icon appears at the top of the screen, sometimes for the entire duration of the "call", sometimes only for a few seconds. I don't know if this is relevant or if it affects the "call" itself, but I reckon it is noteworthy given the circumstances.

Do you have HD Voice enabled under settings, Advanced calling? There is a cdmaless version of the modem for verizon built into the latest posted autoloader img folder that would probably be an option if it's the GSM version of the keyone. The simpler option would be try settings, more, and change preferred network to LTE/CDMA and ensure advanced calling is on.

Sounds like you purchased the incorrect version, the GSM model will not work on Verizon (not sure how you were able to make calls to begin with..) you need the CDMA version.

I never said I have Verizon. I am not the OP, I merely continued from the OP's post.

I was unable to find "HD Voice" or "Advanced Calling". However, I did try to follow the steps you outlined. Here's what I found:
Settings > More > Cellular Networks (no "Preferred Network" as you mentioned) > Preferred Network Types (which I assume is what you referred to in the previous step). Here, the default is set to 4G LTE & 4G/3G & 2G. I couldn't find the "LTE/CDMA" or "Advanced Calling" which you mentioned.

The GSM version does work on Verizon (LTE Only). Both voice and data with advance calling.
