All other devices are okay but not my KeyOne. Its just not connecting. On the 2.4GHz, its okay. Anyone face the same issue?

Problem with Bluetooth and now problem with 5.0GHz WIFI...

No problem with 5Ghz WiFi on the unit I reviewed; I have both bands enabled here at the house and the 5Ghz connection was solid and fast.

I use exclusively 5Ghz at my house. Yours must be bugged.

My original K1 began to lose screen, now it pops right off from the top. Good timing, as I got the warranty replacement in mail yesterday. But now, I can't get my 5ghz to connect full strength. I have both phones side by side, and it's half the strength and speed tests also reflect this, only when phone is a foot above router do I get similar speed.

However 2ghz works just fine. What would be the cause?

I hate to think BB sent me a faulty Keyone to replace a different faulty keyone. *sigh*

after a cpl resets, and software reload with mobile Q software, seems IMS is working however 5Ghz wifi issue still exists. 433Mbps and excellent on K1 with screen that falls out, replacement right beside it is fair and 32Mbps.

    *edit*

IMS only worked for a half hour then stopped on unlocked KEYone

Are you comparing a carrier device to a replacement that isn't a carrier device?

I have a Rogers that IMS works on and a unlocked that does not when I use a Rogers SIM.

Have you tried to forget the network and reconnecting? I'm sure you have, just thought I'd ask.

Yea, tried everything, up to a reflash of the software on the KeyOne. The refurb (unlocked) one still had low 5ghz signal, only full when I held it a foot above router (pointless) and IMS would be on for a short while, worked calling over LTE a few times, but would revert back to 'not connected'.

A new 'warranty replacement replacement' is on its way, hopefully no issues with it. Then I'll have to call Rogers and see why IMS won't connect and have them fix it. I've never had issues with my BlackBerry phones, hopefully 3rd time is the charm

To those having problems connecting, have you tried checking the channel on your router settings? when I got the phone, I couldnt even find my own wifi (SSID), but the phone can see my neighbours' wifi.. I changed the wireless channel to channel 11 (iinm), then im able to see and connect to my own wifi..

not sure if it's the same with you guys
