Dont know if this is relevant but seems this game is incompatible with keyone. Is the compatibility issue more widespread? If so then perhaps this needs to be raised with bb.

Also just out of interest I tried to install the barclays mobile banking app from the app store. Installed fine. There was however a mention in the description about the app detecting certain devices as rooted which the dev team are aware of, so not sure if that's an issue with the mybarclaycard app.

I also tried to download mybarclaycard which I assume is a different app and got the same incompatibility message reported by the thread starter.

I am using the app on my ketone and have no issues at all.

An update to this. I've asked Barclays on Twitter and they got back to me to say the issue is related to the chipset on the BlackBerry. I'm not sure how that would prevent their app working when other banks have no issues.
