    Why is it so complicated to transfer music from your computer to the keyone. I try to copy it to the SD card and nothing happens

    Because the software is designed around cloud file services, more so than physical transfer of files.

    I have no issue dragging and dropping files off pc to device/SD card. How are you doing it?

    Are you actually copying from folder to folder in the windows file manager?

    Yes I'm trying to copy it folder to folder, it shouldn't be this complicated

    Dragging the file to the folder, it says copying but nothing is there
