I purchased a keyone, and am having a visual voicemail error. I have reset the phone to factory default settings, and have called tmobile to clear..take VM off, and add it on again to my line. The error indicates that the voicemail is 80 percent full, and that I need to clear my messages. There are no messages in my inbox. Has anyone else every experienced this with their keyone on tmobile?
Although your VM App may show no messages, you may still have loads of undeleted messages when you dial into Voicemail. Try pressing and holding 1 to dial your VM and you can delete from there directly.
