I am very frustrated by the fact that this phone (Blackberry KEYone), unlike my BlackBerry Classic and other phones I've had, it does not show the name of the email recipient on the Hub or Email list. Even when I do a search on emails sent, my name appears, not the recipient's name. It does not make any sense for me to see my name over the recipient's name; I find myself guessing in order to find the sent email I'm searching for. This is a major flaw, and it needs to be fixed immediately. is anybody having the same problem??

I may be misunderstanding you. My mail appears correctly on the KeyOne as you described with your older phones. Would it be okay if you posted a screen shot sample of what you mean?
I'm thinking you have a filter or somthing turned on?

Thank you for your reply, attached is a screen shot of my email list showing my name on replied emails instead of showing the recipient's name.
Attached Thumbnails Is there a way to have email recipients name as opposed to mine in the Hub or Email list.-screenshot_20170629-141441.jpg

A follow-up on my question, I finally figured it out, thanks to the person that replied to my original question. If anyone is having this problem - go to email general settings and turn off "conversation view". This will separate all sent emails from received emails.
