    When I put my Phone under french language, the voice to speech icon in the messaging app only brighten for half à second and disables right after.

    And suggestion?

    Something else. I cannot find ''French (Canada)'' in the language input for voice to speech but only ''French (France)''. I switched my system and the voice to speech languages to ''French (France)'' and now it seems to be working.
