    Why is this? Others seem to be on December update. Has anyone with Telus had an update past October?

    Telus is the only TCL device anywhere in the world still on Oct.

    I'm on Telus as well, and have given up on timely updates from them. Use the autoloaders if you really want the updates - there are both full wipe and no-wipe solutions out there. I'll try to find a link to add to this post...

    Read the full thread, and you'll find instructions for destructive wipe (clears your device and starts fresh) and no-wipe (similar to carrier update.) It's pretty foolproof, but be sure to read/ask questions before doing the update.
