Started using this full time since I got my keyone
Seriously best launcher I have ever used and seriously with the keyboard it just feels right.
Makes this phone super snappy and super easy to get sh*t done.

I love using alias for all my everyday apps
Also enabling notifications right on the terminal scroll beats the drop down notifications.

100% I also love the text and call commands.

I unfortunately use Google voice via hangouts so call and text don't work so well for me but that's OK.

Well call does work but text definitely doesn't.
I just set P alias for phone and H for hangouts and just do crap manually from there.

Seriously do not know why more people don't use this.
Have you tried aris launcher? Not exactly the same. More on the graphical and lazy side of things but still kinda neat.

I had this on my wish-list but going to give it a try now.
Hope it doesn't make the productivity too slow.

I think this also kills the need for BlackBerry Launcher with keyboard shortcuts if aliases work as intended.

You still always got the convenience key and the productivity tab. Only thing I still need a launcher for is a few offline chrome apps for work so if I do need them I just launch the bblauncher. I'm still playing around with a few other options and will let you guys know if I find anything more useful.

Is that really how the launcher looks? Like a DOS box or Emulator?

I remember having to type the init string for the modem to get to bulletin boards. But I couldn't imagine operating a phone that way, besides, my age has challenged my memory...

As a Linux user I am very comfortable using this as my launcher and also get alot more done I almost never have to hunt for an icon. Any app takes one or two characters of typing to launch. Most everyday things can be done without ever leaving your launcher screen.

im guessing keyboard shortcuts dont work but u just start typing an app name and it fills in? I kinda like this... but sometimes u cant remember the app name or u need an icon reference. would be nice to have this as home screen and maybe swipe to the right to see an icon and folder view.

Yes. Just have to know at least the first letter or two of the app you want to run. They're are tutorials for everything too.
