    I was on the phone with them for over 3 hours....same thing, they cannot figure out and just recommend waiting - which I think it is ridiculous

    That might be your only option. Give it a few hours, or even a day.

    I ended up hanging up on the last guy they transferred me to because he wanted to transfer me back to customer service because I didn't have the order number (they never sent it to me), now I am talking to them online.

    On chat I had a few moments ago, was told they have trouble with all orders not just K1. Said ordering from a PC is working better than from a mobile device. BS maybe

    I actually believe that. They just upgraded their entire wireless shopping website, and it has numerous functionality bugs.

    I think this one is 100% on AT&T.

    Yeah ok, there is logic there. Deploy the new system with the launch of a niche device. Just a few dozen orders day one.

    I had placed an order last night and apparently got an error email last night but didn't see it until this morning. Per the email's instructions, I called AT&T right away. The first rep did nothing. The second rep explained that it may have happened due to so many people placing the same order but who knows.

    Anyways, the new rep had to manually cancel my order and then placed a new order for me over the phone. I'm now waiting for an order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
