    I like how when I click update my device (passport) it took me to the K1 page. Previously always took me to the iphone/samsung flagship page. Only ever ordered berry's from them. Finally, they get me.

    They aren't even able to cancel my order, they say I need to wait a few hours before it will be accessible in their system to cancel it. Was there a particular number or department that you spoke with that was able to cancel your order?

    I ordered via the Premier site. Maybe it's different on the business side? I ordered at 10:57am Central Time and got my order confirmation email at 11:14am. I was going to order last night but wanted to check with my local AT&T stores first when they open and the ones by me said they won't be carrying it and it's only available to order.

    I really don't know what to do at this point. The last person in chat (literally the 12th person I have talked to about this issue) insisted that everything is fine with my order and that I will get it in a couple of days, even though I can't look up the status online and she was unable to give me a tracking number.

    I will be purchasing my KEYone online. I made the mistake of trading in my Bold a few years ago at an AT&T store, and it's not worth my patience to deal with the narrow-minded sales people again. The only decision I have to make is trading in my Classic or paying it off and keeping it as a beloved spare as it rests peacefully in a drawer... decisions, decisions!

    FWIW, I'm keeping my Classic precisely to serve as backup, and because it's a wonderful phone for what it set out to do. Good luck with your decision.

    I ended up placing a second order. This time I am able to look up the order online with the order number, and I got an email with an expected ship date between 9/5 and 9/7. The first order is still in limbo and I am just waiting for it to fail.

    This is an AT&T website issue. The marketing people put up the product page, but the order isn't being processed. It's not an issue of stock, as far as we can tell. Perhaps they did not prepare the backend processing for consumer purchases?

    I'm so glad I stayed up until midnight so I could be sure to place my order before they ran out of stock, only to be on the phone with them for hours and finally place another at 2:30 PM the next day.... and get an expected shipment date between the 5th and 7th. </sarcasm>

    After a 2nd round with AT&T they were finally able to cancel my order, which they told me was absolutely necessary. But they were unable to process a new order because of a problem with my upgrade. I was told essentially the same thing I was told 6 hours ago, that I had to wait another 24 to 72 hours for someone to contact me and hopefully finalize the order.

    Seriously?

    At this point I really don't know if I will be getting the KEYone or not. Guess I will just have to wait and see what happens.

    I expected some delays but not this.
