It may have the capability but it doesn't mean that AT&T can't or won't block that capability. Sometimes carriers block the FM radio to force using the music apps for increased data usage.

If you're going to use with a carrier other than AT&T, buy the factory unlocked. It's not worth trade offs with carrier unlocked vs factory unlocked just to save $50, make payments or save a few bucks monthly to use T-Mobile.

My issue with this ATT version is the bloatware that comes with it that cannot be taken off.

You can hide and block all the bloat ware which is usually the first thing I do on a new device.

Well it looks like there was already a glitch with my order online. Now on the phone with att redoing the entire order. Augh. I wish they had this in store. Blackberry fans always get short shrift ever since the iPhone became the most popular person in town. Haha

I know the KEYone has FM radio, but AT&T may have disabled it. They have the right to do that, and they've done it before. Good to know that the Sprint version has the FM radio enabled. Thanks for the information!

Sure, if that bothers you, that's a good reason to buy unlocked. Personally, I like that AT&T is giving me free financing to buy the phone for $500, and that I have an easy warranty service provider half a mile from my house if anything goes wrong in the first year. Bloatware isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, IMO, but I respect your point of view.

Well these glitches in the orders show people are scrambling to order this phone. Honestly I haven't been this excited for a new blackberry since Blackberry 10 came out in 2013 !
