    I'm still stuck on May 5, 2018 Security update and ABA075 build.

    I have contacted Att and BlackBerry Mobile and they have "Released the updates" but whenever I run the ATT software update it never downloads anything.

    Does anyone have any suggestions other than doing a Factory Reset?

    When you say when you run the AT&T updates nothing happens , could you elaborate please ?

    You are going to settings - system - system update ?

    Here is what you need to do. Go into date/time and use manual settings to advance the date on the phone at least 24 hours. Then, call advanced technical support at AT&T. They are going to have to manually push each update since May. Repeat each time for each monthly update. You will eventually get there.

    Keep in mind that with AT&T KEYone, VoLTE is supported on Nougat but not Oreo so choose wisely...

    Actually, I have recently found VoLTE toggle switch in a hidden menu and it was already turned on automatically so I actually never lost that feature.

    Depending on time, certain parts of tech support may just not be available phone or chat.
